Rumi's Garam Masala spice blend is both sweet and savory. A South Asian mainstay frequently used for cooking curries and lentils as well as soups and stews. It also works well as a finishing spice for sauces and as a dry rub. It's a great way to transform meats, such as pot roast, and also can carry a vegetarian dish, like cauliflower tikka masala. Ours combines Rumi fennel, cumin, and coriander with cardamom, cloves, fenugreek, Cassia cinnamon, cayenne, nutmeg, and paprika. No salt or additives.
