Palestinian Olive Oil {organic}

Our organic olive oil is made from Nabali olives, an indigenous Palestinian variety that produces one of highest quality olive oils in the world. This virgin olive oil is cold-pressed and full of antioxidants. It can be used for cooking, baking, and dipping.

It's grown and pressed by Palestinian farmer cooperatives in the West Bank. Purchases of this olive oil help small-scale farmers who are faced with many economic challenges to survive and provide for their families.

The Story

Olive farming is not just economically important in the West Bank — it is culturally important as well. Many of the olive trees on our producer partners' farms hold an almost sacred significance for some farmers. Some of the trees have been passed down from generation to generation, and represent deep familial ties to the land.Equal Exchange is proud to support these farmers and their families as they rejuvenate their agricultural livelihoods.
