Our high-quality chocolate chips contain only organic and fairly traded sugar from small-scale farmers in Paraguay and cacao from small-scale farmers in Peru. They're manufactured right in Peru. That means a greater percentage of the purchase price stays in the origin country, strengthening the local economy. The chips are made in an allergen-free facility that does not process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, or gluten-containing ingredients including wheat.
